The Potion of Luck gives players a status effect that makes them more likely to receive better loot. In Minecraft potions are bottled substances, most of them are brewable by players. Unfortunately, Potion of Luck is impossible to brew potion, there is just no recipe for it. The only way to obtain one in survival mode is to enable cheats.
