In its Confined Form - Hoopa is a small Pokémon with a genie-like appearance. It has a yellow body with purple markings, a golden ring around its torso, and a curled horn on its forehead. Hoopa can teleport objects and people, often using its rings to create portals. When Hoopa undergoes a form change, it transforms into its Unbound Form, becoming much larger and gaining a more imposing and menacing appearance.
