Rover is a member of the Diamond Dogs, a group of dog-like creatures who first appear in the A Dog and Pony Show episode. He has two friends: Fido and Spot, who together kidnap a pony Rarity and force her to find gemstones for them. But they are quite silly because Rarity was able to trick them and escape from them. Rover is the leader of this trio and he has vibrant lime green eyes, gray fur, and a black dog collar with tiny diamonds on it.
