Phantom Blot is a member of the international criminal organization F.O.W.L. in the DuckTales animated series. Before becoming a special agent, he lived in a village, that Magica De Spell had taken over with her magic. This character promised to take revenge on Magica for her actions, but each attempt he made failed because of this magician.
