As the in-game description says, Whirlitzers are the only ooblets known to be capable of flight, although not a whole lot of flight as they seem to just hover. Whirlitzer is a flying acorn-like Ooblet found in Badgetown after unlocking Even More Ooblets III through the Wishy Well. Whirlitzer also has its own game in Port Forward, where you play as a Whirlitzer and avoid obstacles and get food. The common Whirlitzer is green, while the gleamy one is orange.
