He is a big muscled human-like character who only cares about his muscles and values his strength above anything else. Hugo is bald but has a large beard with a matching twirled mustache underneath his ball-like nose. Even though Hugo is strong, he is deathly afraid of Jojo and will do whatever it takes to make her not get mad or at least take her anger out on Harry.
