Small green Turtwig is the Grass-type Starter Pokémon of the Sinnoh region presented in Generation IV. It evolves into a Grotle starting at level 18, which evolves into a Torterra starting at level 32. As you can notice, it is a mix of turtle and twig, and Turtwig is one of three, that is a quadruped Pokemon. They are both get energy by photosynthesis but also can eat berries.
