William W. Williams, also known as Big Billy, is the strong but dumb member of the Gangreen Gang from The Powerpuff Girls. He is a stereotypical silly character who doesn't even understand what he is doing wrong and because of that anyone doesn't offend or hurt him. As you can understand from his temperament, Big Billy is quite friendly and cheerful person, but sometimes he does something bad and creates problems. In Slave the Day episode, when Powerpuff Girls saved his life, he decided to work in their team. He has red-orange hair and wears light blue jeans and a green T-shirt which is too small for him.
