Tippy Tinkletrousers, also known as Professor Poopypants or Professor Pippy Pee-Pee Poopypants, is one of the main characters of the Captain Underpants franchise. In the movie, Professor is very rude, grumpy, and selfish. He is an inventive scientist from New Swissland. He even created the Goosy-Grow 4000 and the Shrinky-Pig 2000 because he wanted to save the world from pollution by finding a solution to this global problem. Professor Poopypants moved to America to share his knowledge with the world, but all of his colleagues just laughed at him. He is a short man with large gray hair and a mustache.
