The cute penguin in our fanart Club Penguin cursor pack is Dot, also known to the EPF as Dot the Disguise Gal or Agent D and by the civilian cover name Dot the Design Gal. Dot is an essential character in Elite Penguin Force and Herbert's Revenge. In both video games, she trained, assisted, and worked with the player in the Elite Penguin Force. Dot was the first EPF agent to be introduced, who was not previously seen being an agent of the Penguin Secret Agency.
