Perry the Platypus is the undercover pet of Phineas and Ferb. He is a secret agent for the O.W.C.A. - a government organization of animal spies. Phineas and Ferb think that Perry the Platypus is just a mindless pet but Candace, their sister admits some signs of intelligence. Perry also appears as Platyborg - the former general of Heinz Doofenshmirtz's army, and the 2nd Dimension counterpart of Perry the Platypus.
