Cagney Carnation is a tall sentient carnation flower that is one of the bosses in the indie game Cuphead. He has a dark green spiked stem, orange petals, and a yellow face with a pointed nose and black eyes. Cagney Carnation can deal damage to the player by transforming his own face into a machine gun and shooting purple, pink, and blue seeds.
