These two are in perfect contrast in our Dark and White Chocolate cursor. Dark chocolate and white chocolate contain cocoa butter and are eaten as a dessert or used in confectionery. There are two types of people. The first type like classic dark chocolate, while the other one prefers more milk chocolate, as it's not so bitter. Dark chocolate is made by adding cocoa butter to sugar and cocoa powder - while white chocolate contains only cocoa butter, sugar, and milk solids and no chocolate liquor or cocoa powder. So technically, white chocolate is not chocolate at all. Now you have to live with that.
