Homestar Runner is a beloved animated web series created by Mike and Matt Chapman, that is known for its quirky characters and hilarious storylines. The Hornblower is a recurring character in the Homestar Runner series and The King of Town's royal herald. When The King of Town feared for his sheep, it was this fair buisine-playing servant who summoned Homestar Runner and Pom Pom. He plays the buisine, a long, conical brass instrument used by heralds in the Middle Ages. In addition to his normal duties, he is a member of the K.O.T.H.S. Junior Varsity Marching Band.
