Odval, in the adventure animated series Disappointment, is the prime minister of Dreamland, royal advisor to Zog, and leader of the secret society The Seekers. He looks like a tall, thin man with a long nose, dark skin, bald head, and three eyes hidden under a hat. Odval is a very decent, carefree, and tidy person who, in fact, greatly despises the king.
