Noelle Holiday is one of the main characters in Deltarune. She has a minor role in both chapters. Noelle is one of Kris's classmates, as well as their neighbor and childhood friend. She lives on the northwest side of Hometown with her mother, the Mayor, and her father, Rudy, who is currently in the hospital with an unnamed illness.
