Guardian Healer is one of the group of bosses that can be found in The Hallow or The Underworld biomes of Terraria. Used to summon Proidence the Profaned Godness, these bosses need to be defeated to get the Profaned Core, the unique "relic" item. This Profaned Guardian, with a sturdy, earthy brown body and flames glowing from the inside, does not attack but provides buffs to the boss when they appear. If you're powerful enough, you can win the mighty creature and obtain the Holly Collider, a fantastic sword that releases holy flames, dealing the damage instantly.
