Buff Frog, whose real name is Yvgeny Bulgolyubov, was a part of Ludo's army who spied on Star Butterfly to take part in the battles against her to steal the wand. He is a gigantic pale green humanoid frog with yellow eyes, dark green lips, and webbed wings on each side of his head. He has a bulky upper body but disproportionately short legs.
