Enthusiastic to see the world and contemptuous of the traditional elitist lifestyle that her parents had raised her in, Caitlyn joined the Enforcers as a young girl to make a name for herself independently. She is a young slim pale woman with dark blue hair and blue eyes. Caitlyn has mixed Ionian and Piltovan ancestry. She is an expert marksman with rifle proficiency and deduction skills.
