Neal D. is a male cat appearing in Kleptocats 2. This cute cat features creamy, light-blue fur with a night-like pattern on his ears and underbelly. He has two dark blue whiskers on each side of his face and two navy-blue eyes. Also, it is stated to be made of starstuff.
