Power is a tricky girl from the Public Safery Saga, the first part of the Chainsaw Man series. She is known as a Blood Fiend, which means she is a Devil in a human's body. Despite her devil abilities, Power is also a Public Safety Devil Hunter, so she loves to show off her superiority over other Devil Hunters due to her status. This character has a very childish and impulsive nature and she often claims she is capable of doing things she cannot do. Power can create a scythe out of her blood and use it to kill her targets.
